Father Troys Trail

A scenic coastal hike from Flatrock to Torbay featuring rugged ocean views, rocky coves, waterfalls, and the iconic Beamer lookout. With varied terrain and a few moderate climbs, Father Troy’s Trail is an approachable hike with plenty to see along the way.
Brigus Blueberry Festival Hike

Join us for a scenic morning hike followed by a visit to the 2026 Brigus Blueberry Festival! After the hike, enjoy free time to explore the festival, grab some food, browse local vendors, and, of course, indulge in plenty of treats.
Cobbler's Path

Attractions on this popular path include the views from Torbay Point and Red Cliff, the remains of a Second World War battery, and the ruins of a Cold War tracking station. The Pine Tree Line Radar station has been degraded by time, weather, and juvenile recreation, but can be explored with caution. The path has partially board-walked-over wet areas. Whale sightings from the path are likely in the summer season.
Tinkers Point Path

A scenic coastal hike from Tors Cove to Mobile featuring quiet coves, rocky beaches, ocean views, and great opportunities for whale and seabird sightings. With gentle terrain and a relaxed pace, Tinkers Point Path is an approachable hike for most experience levels.
Goat's Cove

A scenic 6.6 km out-and-back hike along the East Coast Trail to the beautiful coastal views at Goat Cove. Expect rugged shoreline scenery, ocean views, and a moderate trail with some uneven terrain.
Long Pond and Mount Scio Lookout - Dog Hike

This loop trail in St. John's gives you two different experiences in one outing. It's set in Pippy Park and includes a fairly level walk around Long Pond, which is a key spot for local ducks. The other part of the trail is the climb up to the Mount Scio lookout, which involves a long set of stairs and some rocky ground.

Sugarloaf Path → Quidi Vidi — Season 2 Opener

Season 2 kicked off with a club favourite — the full Sugarloaf route from the Ocean Sciences Centre to Quidi Vidi Village. Nesting bald eagles, sweeping ocean views, and a post-hike social at Quidi Vidi Brewery.
End of Year Trail Cleanup & Social

Our end-of-year signature event — hiking the full Sugarloaf Path with a 1-hour trail cleanup, in collaboration with The Outfitters and Quidi Vidi Brewery. ~2 hrs hiking in, 1 hr cleanup, ~2 hrs hiking out. Post-hike social at Quidi Vidi Brewery 2–4 PM.
